Tricam Video Production Truck
The Cameras
Standard camera compliment includes five (5) JVC
GY-DV550 with CCU's, in Studio & ENG configurations. These cameras
feature three (3) 1/2" CCD's with 800 lines of resolution. They
also support mini-DV isolation recording with jam sync to master
time code. This feature makes post production editing very efficent.
The 550's also have: talley, return video, RTS intercom and other
features only seen on larger television trucks. The cameras can also
operate in stand alone configuration using the Anton Bauer Battery
packs. The system can operate in letterbox or 4x3 mode. A number of
lens configurations are carried in the trailer (4.8x10, 13x, 15x, 20x,
30x, 40x and .7x adaptors). There is also a lens adaptor to mount
any 2/3" lens to the JVC GY-DV550 cameras.
This package works well for satelite uplink, corporate events, webcasting, broadcast and direct to DVD projects. The all component system includes dual Sony switcher, monitors, and a scan rate converter for PowerPoint interface. The entire system is a in one portable rack on wheels and can EASILY be moved inside the venue as needed.
Single & Multicamera Productions
Single camera shoots using our cameras,
combined with our 2 edit bays, provide consistently high quality
presentations. Our multicamera package also provides several
advantages. Production efficiency can be dramatically increased
by using multiple cameras, shooting from different angles, while
recording a single common audio source. Add "live" switch
directing with isolation feed recording, and we can streamline the
production process even more.
The
Built around two edit systems they can
interface with the trailer package for commercial insertion,
package edits and playback. Adobe Premeire Pro is also running
on Sony P4 Vaio's with Laird component firewire transcoders. AVID
Xress Pro is running on a Dual Xeon Edit system with Laird Dvora
component firewire converter allowing direct to disc capture using
your firewire drives. We also have DVD recorders and DVD Replication
on board.
Audio Recording
The Motu 2408 Mk3 audio interface allows multitrack audio recording
with sync back to master time code. Cubase 4 software is the software
used to record.
Audio is locked to master time code.
